Light speed is not actual speed

The anomaly of light speed being constant with respect to every frame of reference doesn't feel right because it's not consistent with what we observe. Speed or velocity has to be relative nothing can bypass that, until its having an infinite speed. 

What I feel is the speed of light is nothing but the speed at which data is transferred. Data that enables the transfer of energy. I believe the ether which couldn't be detected in all the experiments does exist in form of photons. And photons do not move, but the information is passed from one photon to another about to energize or not to energise. And maybe energy is stored in these photons which might answer the dark energy thing.

This also solves the light speed paradox, now whatever speed you travel, the rate of data transfer wont change from one photon to another, whatever the fuck you do,

Imagine two persons carrying laptops one stationary and the other traveling at some speed, The data transfer speed for both their laptops is 10kbps so when they observe each other the data transfer speed remains 10kbps, so now imagine both of them traveling at so-called light speed, would the rate of data transfer change, No it would be 10kbps. This would remain true whatever the frame of reference you choose. So what I think is the light speed is not the speed at which photons travel but it's the speed at which energy is transferred between photons. Hence it remains the same in whatever reference frame you see it.
